Scotland is divided into 14 geographical areas, each representing supporters clubs based in their respective area. Each area is required to elect a delegate to attend and represent them at Scottish Delegates meetings. These meetings are held every month in The Assembly Offices.

Office Bearers are elected, by the Committee, on a bi-annual basis. As well as electing Office Bearers, they are also expected to elect six delegates as members of The Worldwide Alliance.

The delegates need not be Office Bearers.
