O.R.S.A. was founded in 2002 as a means of bringing together, all of the rangers supporters clubs in the Oceania region and forming them into one group, with the common aim of promoting the name of Glasgow Rangers in the region. O.R.S.A. is a means by which its member clubs can communicate with each other, and also communicate with Ibrox Itself. It also sets certain guidelines which clubs adhere to, after all O.R.S.A. is the clubs and the clubs are O.R.S.A. O.R.S.A. has a an elected committee, in the same way as the supporters clubs do, the committee will meet once a year . A convention will be held every two years, and will be rotated round the major cities.O.R.S.A. Is a member of The Worldwide Alliance of Rangers Supporters Associations.
